Webb highlights that the Department of Justice has already attempted to associate Bitcoin with terrorist groups, suggesting that the working group will likely target Bitcoin specifically.

Webb also draws attention to a series of mainstream media reports that cite officials from the Treasury, FBI, DOJ, and CIA, claiming that terrorists are using Bitcoin to finance their activities. In their quest to confront cybercrime, WEFPAC asserts that raising the cost, restricting profitability, and increasing the perceived risk for criminals is necessary. They argue for a globally coordinated approach involving collaboration between the private sector and law enforcement agencies, even if it means going beyond existing legislative and operational frameworks.

According to FS ISAC (Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Centre), the rise in the value of cryptocurrency has been identified as a key factor driving cybercrime, specifically ransomware incidents. However, recent data contradicts these claims. A WEFPAC member chain analysis study found that only 0.34 per cent of cryptocurrency transactions in 2020 were connected to criminal activity, a significant decline from the previous year’s figure of 2 per cent.

While this decline could be attributed to the increasing adoption of cryptocurrency, the overall percentage of crime-linked cryptocurrency transactions remains remarkably low. Despite this fact, mainstream media outlets have widely propagated that Bitcoin, in particular, is driving the $1.4 billion ransomware industry.

It is concerning that these claims have circulated without sufficient evidence, as they contribute to the demonisation of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Furthermore, it raises questions about the motives behind the efforts of financial institutions, intelligence agencies, and technology companies that aline with these narratives. If the goal is to eliminate financial privacy and devalue cryptocurrencies, individuals invested in Bitcoin must pay closer attention to these influential yet shadowy groups.

It is important to note that cryptocurrency is not the primary driver of cybercrime, but it does threaten the plans of organisations such as FS ISAC and its partners. These entities seek to develop digital currencies centrally controlled by approved commercial banks or central banks, enabling greater surveillance and erosion of financial privacy and autonomy. They advocate for a Global Financial Cyber Utility to combat the economic drivers of cybercrime. This aligns with WEFPAC’s objectives, which also desire to create a globalist entity.

Before FS ISAC and WEFPAC asserted, members from both groups participated in a 2020 initiative hosted by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. This initiative included representatives from central banks such as the US Federal Reserve, the European Central Bank, and the US Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). These entities believe the main cause of global financial instability lies in the current fragmentation among stakeholders and initiatives. They advocate for increased global coordination as the key solution. This would require extensive reorganisation and interaction between the finance, national security, and diplomatic communities at both domestic and international levels.

Financial Sector and National Security Agencies Collaborate in Unprecedented Ways

In an unprecedented move, the financial sector and financial authorities are being called upon to collaborate closely with law enforcement and national security agencies. This initiative, spearheaded by the World Economic Forum (WEF), aims to fuse commercial banks and financial regulators with these agencies to combat cybercrime and ensure national security. However, critics argue that this policy is both insane and dystopian.

What exacerbates the situation is the involvement of major financial institutions such as WEFPAC, which supports this fusion and advocates for merging commercial banks, regulators, and intelligence agencies. This nightmare scenario raises concerns about the potential infringement on financial privacy and the fundamental values of a free society.

Of particular concern is the role played by American federal agencies, institutions, and commercial banks in shaping these policies. The US Federal Reserve, FDIC, Secret Service, FBI, Department of Justice, and numerous systemically important commercial banks have actively participated in developing regulations specifically targeting Bitcoin. Similarly, the CIA has engaged in money laundering through criminal banks like BCCI, which operated a sex trafficking operation.

Moreover, recent events involving political figures and their alleged involvement in money laundering have further eroded public trust. Though evidence of corruption may exist, individuals like Sam Beckman Freed, charged with multiple federal crimes, often receive lenient treatment.

As these policies are being developed behind closed doors, there is growing concern about the lack of accountability and transparency. The fear is that if nothing is done to challenge these policies, privacy advocates and Bitcoin users who take steps to protect their transactions may face accusations of criminal activity.

The severity of this potential attack is a matter of great concern. The head of the Department of Homeland Security has even claimed that it could result in the loss of numerous lives. If such an attack were to occur, public opinion would likely turn against Bitcoin, possibly leading to the introduction of stringent legislation. The project gained attention 22 years ago when 22 individuals came forward with information regarding their involvement with extraterrestrial bodies, crafts, and retrieval teams. Though this gained some attention in Congress, hearings were not held then. However, the government recently mandated the Director of National Intelligence to provide information about extraterrestrial activities to Congress.

The Archive

Dr Greer, along with other volunteers, has supplied the government with a vast archive consisting of tens of thousands of government documents, 145 top secret facilities including some black sites, 752 whistleblower testimonies, and 122 crash retrieval cases of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs). The archive also contains Clues’ names of key witnesses, depositions, and investigations.

The archive includes a long list of witnesses who have either been interviewed or have provided intelligence and corresponded with Dr Greer in the last 30 years. They include members from NASA and various other departments. However, the unredacted archive is only available to people who have the clearance and who need to know.

Dr Greer has identified several underground command centres, some with extraterrestrial vehicles and personnel, across the country. He has also identified several types of electromagnetic systems that can cloak any object and has given illustrations and details of these systems.

Many whistleblowers, who are afraid to come forward due to threats and fear of losing their pensions, have been heard by Dr Greer. He has urged the government.

The Unsanctioned and Illegal Operations of the Secret Government Projects

The topic of UFOs and extraterrestrial civilisations has been a contentious issue for several decades and remains subject to intense scrutiny and speculation. These technologies are a significant threat to national and global security, and as such, they need to be reigned immediately. These unsanctioned groups act without acknowledging any boundaries or national borders, and they use blackmail, bribery, and intimidation as their stock in trade. This state of affairs is not only illegal, but it is a crime against humanity worldwide. As such, it is imperative that these activities be brought to light, and those responsible held accountable.

Dr Greer mentions several whistleblowers and witnesses who have firsthand accounts of their experiences with extraterrestrial vehicles and the covert operations of these unsanctioned government projects. 

These accounts range from recovered extraterrestrial objects, such as a 65-foot across the seamless extraterrestrial vehicle, to meetings with extraterrestrial biological entities (EBE) that communicated their non-hostile intentions to humans. 

Additionally, witness testimonies revealed the existence of highly advanced man-made objects, such as the Tic Tac and vintage steam boilers, that the military and intelligence community did not know of.

The chilling aspect is that these groups can launch convincing false flag operations and unknowingly trigger a world war. 

The Urgent Need for Action on Extraterrestrial Vehicles

The Threat to Global Security

Extraterrestrial vehicles currently kept secret by covert projects pose an existential threat to the entire world, not just the United States. Failure to comply with an executive order requiring all military intelligence contractors and other U.S. government agencies to disclose information, technologies, locations, and related assets within six months should be met with criminal prosecution for treason and other crimes against the United States. 

The Need for an Executive Order

An executive order is essential in coordinating a global diplomatic response to extraterrestrial civilisations. The U.S. Patent Office must release zero-point and related technologies under bogus application of National Security laws and make them available to inventors and scientists worldwide. 

The Importance of Communication and Collaboration

The U.S. Space Force and Pentagon must coordinate assets with the State Department, United Nations, and other governments to initiate open communication with these civilisations. The ability of the Space Force to conduct operations in space could make them valuable in this regard. Rogue elements within corporations and agencies should not be held responsible for the actions of those with knowledge of illegal operations.

Action Plan

An executive board must immediately disclose advanced energy-generating technologies to end all pollution on Earth and eradicate global poverty within 10-20 years. Congress should immediately pass a $50 billion research bill to develop and bring forward safe technologies related to zero-point and quantum vacuum energy systems, given the pressing climate and global poverty issues.

Whistleblowers and executives should have immunity if they come forward so that these illegal activities can be unwound in an orderly and peaceful way. Congressional hearings should be held to discuss these matters, and legislation should be passed to protect witnesses’ personal safety.

Historical Encounters

Colonel Heckert, a retired United States Air Force command pilot with extensive experience in high-level projects, describes two documented UFO encounters in which he was involved. The encounters highlight the urgency and importance of addressing the issue and coordinating a global response. 

Organised and Concerted Effort

Action must be taken swiftly to coordinate a global response to extraterrestrial vehicles and ensure the safety and well-being of humanity. Technological progress and scientific advancements can greatly benefit not just the United States but all of humanity. Dr Stephen Greer, the founder of the Disclosure Project, discusses his work as a volunteer for the past 33 years providing information and intelligence to the US government on extraterrestrial bodies and craft. He mentions the 22 individuals who came forward in May 2001, some of whom handled extraterrestrial biological entities and craft. 

He also talks about his briefings to high-level officials in the past and the fact that this information has been withheld from government officials and the public. He presents a list of government documents, top-secret facilities, and whistleblower testimonies, highlighting the need for protection and support for these whistleblowers. Finally, he advocates for explicit witness protection and explicit pension and asset protection for these whistleblowers.

Extraterrestrial civilisations are non-hostile; if they were hostile, their technologies would have been made quite clear to us in August 1945. Man-made fake alien creatures have been used in the fabled lore of abductions and UFO lore. 

There are two types of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs): extraterrestrial vehicles (ETVs) and advanced reproduction vehicles (ARVs). The Extraterrestrial groups are not hostile but are increasingly concerned about human hostility and our weapon systems, including nuclear and scalar. These unsanctioned, illegal operations could be proven in any court of law, and a massive civilian Racketeer Influence Corrupt Organization (RICO) action will be taken against the corporations and the individuals involved.

Retired Colonel Heckert, a former United States Air Force command pilot, described two UFO encounters he had while on missions in the late 1970s and 1980s. The first involved a UFO that moved at incredible speed, going from 70,000 feet to 12,500 feet in two seconds and tracking the pilot’s plane for five nautical miles.

The second involved a frequency light that blinded Heckert and turned his black aircraft white, leaving holes in it caused by missiles. He also discussed his work in classified programs at Area 51, mentioning a security breach, cost overruns in his projects, and using Navy sensors to photograph a night-time aerial vehicle.

 Two veterans share their experiences of encountering unidentified flying objects (UFOs) while serving in the US Army and Marine Corps. The first speaker describes a sighting in Afghanistan in which his platoon came across a large, rotating UFO, which was approximately 150 meters away. 

They were intercepted by soldiers with American accents who searched them and their possessions before carrying out a strange operation whereby they loaded “containers” onto a platform that ascended into the UFO. The second speaker describes a sighting in the Mojave Desert, where he observed a v-shaped, hovering craft generating strange colours, which he suspects may have been holographic projections from another smaller craft.

A military veteran describes an encounter where he saw a strange craft and experienced physical sensations as well as visual and auditory hallucinations. He claims that this sighting was not of a craft built by humans, like the Raytheon objects he had encountered previously, but a truly unknown craft. The witness also discusses the psychological impact of his experience and the difficulty of coming forward with information.

 A man recounts how his father lost everything, including his business, after witnessing a secret government meeting regarding UFOs. Another man, who worked at the South Pole station, reveals that the station houses advanced technology, including a directed energy weapon and a power supply that may violate the Antarctic Treaty. 

He also provides evidence that the Ice Cube neutrino detector is capable of detecting off-world vehicles emitting neutrinos, making the station an air traffic control hub for such vehicles. A civil rights attorney announces the creation of the Disclosure Project Legal Team, which aims to end UFO secrecy and release vital technologies.

The Disclosure Project has gathered testimony and intelligence on various crimes, such as treason, murder, and embezzlement, related to illegal secret government projects that involve UFOs and extraterrestrial intelligence. The organisation hopes to support civilian government criminal prosecutors in using their evidence. 

The founder of the Disclosure Project, Dr Steven Greer, has also shared his personal experience with Senator Anyway, who confirmed the existence of a shadowy government with direct operational control of the UFO issue. Dr Greer calls for open hearings and a Grassroots movement to support this cause. The organisation is seeking funding for an open-source energy lab to release zero-point energy technologies free of charge.

Dr Steven Greer has called for the President and Congress to take control of corporations and agencies involved in reverse engineering extraterrestrial technology and provide clear protections for those willing to disclose what they know. He also stated that there is evidence of extraterrestrial beings being peaceful and non-hostile. The “Restricting the Emergence of Security Threats that Risk Information and Communications Technology Act” aims to authorise the US Secretary of Commerce to identify, deter, disrupt, prevent, prohibit, investigate, or otherwise take action to mitigate risks posed by foreign adversaries in covered transactions with entities within the United States.

The proposed legislation is intended to incorporate hardware, software, or any other form of technology product, which is foremost intended to operate or enable the functions of communication, data retrieval, processing, or storage.

Proposed Legislation Aims to Reduce Risk from Foreign Adversaries, but Raises Civil Liberties Concerns

Restricted data, as outlined in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, will be covered, restricting access to certain data during advisory committee meetings, in an attempt to reduce the influence of special interest groups and lobbyists.

One of the highly contentious aspects of this proposed bill is that it includes up to 20 years in prison and a maximum possible fine of one million dollars for anyone who willfully violates its undertakings. This has raised potential concerns about whether some groups could be attacked by the bill, especially if foreign companies working with or using platforms like TikTok could face harsher penalties than their US-based competitors.

While the proposed legislation aims to reduce the risk posed by foreign adversaries in covered transactions, it has raised concerns about the Patriot Act version two due to its potential to destroy civil liberties. Although the bill is in its early stages, much needs to be analysed to understand its potential implications for the technology industry, including cloud storage and data privacy.

Media Advised to Follow Proposed Bill on Election Interference and Participate in Discussions to Promote Fair Practices

The proposed bill to address interference in federal elections is a contentious issue that has had people up in arms since its creation in 2016. The language of the bill is broad and leaves room for misinterpretation and potential abuse. The bill aims to prevent foreign adversaries from interfering with federal elections in the United States and disrupting democratic processes and institutions. However, there is concern about how the bill may be used and the potential for it to be misapplied to stifle free speech and silence dissenting voices. 

The bill’s scope is expansive, covering a range of products and services integral to developing artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies, such as quantum computing and computational biology. The bill has bipartisan support and has been endorsed by the White House. Still, concerns remain regarding the influence of special interests and lobbyists who may be involved in drafting the legislation.

The Restrict Act should be stopped because it includes provisions that impose prison time for VPNs, eliminates FOIA, and allows lobbyists to work for the government. These measures are detrimental and should be prevented.

There is also criticism of the bill’s section that limits debate and prevents advisory committees from being subject to regulations under the United States code. Critics argue this leaves room for undue influence and manipulation by special interests and lobbyists.

The penalties for violating the regulations, orders, or directives issued under the bill are severe. Still, the bill’s broad language leaves room for potential misuse, leading to concerns about protecting free speech and democratic processes.

Overall, the proposed bill to address interference in federal elections is a complex issue that requires careful consideration and scrutiny to ensure that it serves its intended purpose without undermining the values of democracy and citizens’ rights to free speech.

The Controversy Surrounding the RESCUE Act and Its Ban on VPNs

A recent video interview discussed the potential consequences of the Restricting Chinese Apps During Emergencies (RESCUE) Act. This Act seeks to ban certain apps, such as TikTok, during emergencies and prohibits using methods, such as VPNs, to evade the ban. The discussion specifically focused on the unlawful acts outlined in the Act and the potential penalties for violating them.

Under the Act, no person may engage in any conduct prohibited by or contrary to any regulation, order, direction or mitigation measure issued under this Act. This includes aiding, procuring, permitting or approving any act prohibited by the Act or omitting any act required by the Act. Additionally, no person may conspire or act in concert with others to violate any regulation or order issued under the Act.

The Act also prohibits using VPNs to evade bans, and if a VPN service provider allows users to access banned apps or websites, they may face penalties of fines up to $250,000 or twice the value of the transaction, whichever is greater.
